No, residents don't directly choose their housemates. We match based on compatibility and house rules. However, if you refer someone or book with friends, you can choose who you co-live with.

Your monthly rent covers the fully furnished accommodation, housekeeping services, Wi-Fi, and access to all common amenities. Utilities like electricity and gas are billed separately based on actual usage.

Yes, a minimal security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies based on the property and lock-in period selected. It is fully refundable at the end of your stay, subject to standard deductions for damages if any.
