Nest360 is a premium furnished rental platform that connects tenants with fully furnished, move-in ready homes in Naya Raipur and Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We operate as a facilitator between property owners and tenants.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications.
  • Not misuse the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our website without written permission.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the website.

4. Property Listings

All property listings, images, pricing, and availability information are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details are complete or up-to-date at all times. Actual property conditions and terms may vary.

5. Bookings & Enquiries

  • Submitting an enquiry or tour booking request does not constitute a confirmed rental agreement.
  • Rental agreements are finalised separately between the tenant and property owner/Nest360.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any booking at our discretion.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • Rent amounts displayed are indicative and may change based on property availability and owner terms.
  • Security deposits, lock-in periods, and specific payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
  • Nest360 charges zero brokerage to tenants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Nest360 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nest360 shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Any loss or damage caused by inaccuracies in property listings.
  • Disputes between tenants and property owners after a rental agreement is signed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
